Sound Bath Instruments

The sound healing tools and instruments you need for a sound bath or sound healing session, chosen by facilitators, music therapists and sound practitioners. Monochords: the foundation of a sound bath. A feeltone monochord creates a continuous wash of overtones that holds the whole session. Choose the portable Monolina or Monolini, or a concert monochord like the Kotamo. See all feeltone monochords, or read our monochord buying guide.

Chimes. The new Koshi Earth Symphony chimes, the classic Koshi elemental chimes and Zaphir chimes add shimmering accents between phrases. Hear the four Earth Symphony chimes layered together in our online chime player.

Kalimbas and Sansulas. Hokema kalimbas and Sansulas, handmade in Germany, bring gentle melody and a soft, floating tone.

Tongue drums and gong drums. feeltone wood tongue drums add a warm, grounding pulse. The steel Kigonki binaural gong drum adds a long, shimmering sustain with a gentle pulse, somewhere between a drum and a gong, and has no wrong notes.

Already have instruments? Add ones that match. Many practitioners already own bowls, a gong or chimes and want to know whether a new instrument will blend. That is why our Intuitive Soundscapes collections are color coded by tuning: yellow for A-minor, blue for D-minor, green for C-Major and red for G-Major. Pick the color of your tuning and everything in that group sounds right together.
