feeltone has 33 years of experience building and tuning these drums. In 1988, Ingo Böhme — the founder of feeltone — developed a technically challenging technique for tuning large tongue drums, and has been continually improving their sound and volume ever since.

Tinka Tong — 6-Note Alto D-minor
The small tongue drums speak in the language of forests, trees, and wood. They convince through their handiness, lightness, and clarity of tone. With the addition of the Tinka Tong, we give our repertoire of tongue drums a mobile version that is easy and fun to play. A broad range of playing techniques can be discovered, including playing with the fingers in addition to using mallets.

XXL Tongue Drums — Bass and Tenor, in Ash or Padouk
Couch Tongue Drums are suitable for kids and adults to sit at both ends and play together. The large Tongue Drums have feet on one side, making it possible to flip the drum over so a child or adult can lie on top while the playing surface faces out. In both positions, this melody drum can be played with mallets or hands and fingers. All Couch Tongue Drums have grip holes on the side for easier transportation. The selected, air-dried Padouk wood from Nigeria comes from controlled and certified farming and harvesting.
