What is your Tarriff & Shipping Update
Only our monochords are currently affected by new U.S. tariffs.
To avoid raising prices, we’ve added a small surcharge at checkout to cover only what’s needed.
✔️ Standard shipping (2–3 weeks) helps reduce the fee
✔️ Express shipping (1–2 weeks) includes the full surcharge
✔️ All other instruments (Kalimbas, Chimes, Zenko) ship as usual while stock lasts

Are all your instruments affected by new tariffs?
No, only our monochords are currently impacted. Kalimbas, Koshi & Zaphir Chimes, and Zenko Elementals are not affected—for now, they ship as usual.
Why is there a surcharge at checkout for monochords?
Rather than raising prices across the board, we’ve chosen to add a tariff-related surcharge at checkout—this helps us cover only the necessary costs while absorbing what we can as a small business.
Can I avoid the full surcharge?
Yes! If you're flexible on timing, choose Standard Delivery (2–3 weeks) and we’ll ship from our next warehouse order, which helps reduce tariff and shipping fees.
What if I need my monochord fast?
We can ship directly from Germany with Express Delivery (1–2 weeks). In that case, the full surcharge applies to cover direct costs.
Will other instruments be affected later?
Possibly. We’ll keep you informed if tariffs expand. For now, our current stock of non-monochord instruments is unaffected—but restocks might be subject to changes.
