Shipping:   

We stock the Hokema kalimbas, Koshi & Zaphir chimes, feeltone monochords, Metal Sounds Zenko drums and Spacedrums in our warehouse in California. We need one (1) business day to prepare your order. We restock frequently and will let you know immediately if the item you ordered is not in stock.

We offer free (2 ‚Äď 5 business day shipping) for all of our Hokema Kalimbas, Koshi & Zaphir chimes and Zenko drums.

Feeltone monochords and Metal Sounds Spacedrums are shipped with 2 ‚Äď 5 business days in accordance with the current shipping rates provided by the carrier.

We¬†ship to Mexico and Canada with UPS Worldwide Saver only with 1 ‚Äď 3 business day shipping and in accordance with current shipping rates provided by UPS.

Items from feeltone and Metal Sounds that we do not have in our stock are shipped directly from their European warehouse. Shipping will take 5 ‚Äď 10 business days once the order is processed. The monochord tables and any custom orders will take about 90 business days to build and ship once the order is confirmed. ¬†All Metal Sound Spacedrums that are not in stock will take about 45 ‚Äď 60 days to build and ship once the order is confirmed.

For all international shipments, please contact us as we will need to get you a shipping quote from the carrier before we can confirm your order.

Right of Withdrawal and Refund: 

Please note, refunds will not be issued for items returned without prior authorization and a return label generated through our official return system.

You can cancel and Standard order ( excluding custom made order or feeltone monochord orders which have special conditions)  without reason for a full refund within fourteen (14) days after the item has been received by you. If you choose to cancel your order, please inform Gabriele via email (office@weplaywelltogether.com) or phone (+1) 707 972-0196 within the above mentioned 14-day period and we will provide a return label. Upon return, we will issue a refund for the item's value, deducting the cost of shipping back to us.

Standard order:

We will provide a full refund (including standard shipping fees in the original order) without delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise with you.

Any custom-made orders are final. Should you decide to return one of these products, we are able to assist by listing your item as "used" on our website. Upon sale, we will process your refund, deducting only the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

If you're considering a return for any of these products, we kindly ask that you contact us first. This allows us to guide you through the correct packing process for the instruments and to provide you with a return label. For items returned unplayed and in their original packaging, we will issue a refund for the item's value, excluding the shipping costs from you to us. Should the item be returned in a used condition, a 10% restocking fee will also be applied.

We will give no refund to item returned to us without prior authorization and an return label created by our return system

Damaged products:
All of our products are shipped insured. Please check your shipment immediately at delivery. If there is a sign of damage on the package, please take pictures of the package and any visible product damages. Claims must be submitted without delay once the shipment is received. Please send detailed description and pictures of the damage to office@weplaywelltogether.com. You are entitled to a full refund (including standard shipping fees), replacement or repair of the damaged item within 30 days of receiving the damaged item.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.,150 Elgin Street 8th Floor Ottawa, ON K2P 1L4, Canada. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

By adding a #weplaywelltogether on a picture or video on Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube hereinafter referred to as ‚ÄúPicture(s)‚ÄĚ, you agree to the following:
You provide WePlayWellTogether a US based company with California Reseller license nr SR JH 97-658803¬†(hereinafter ‚ÄúWePlayWellTogether‚ÄĚ) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, in any manner to be determined by WePlayWellTogether‚Äôs sole discretion and without any obligations to you, your Pictures in their marketing and/or advertising, including the right to reproduce, distribute, alter and edit your Pictures. Furthermore, you give WePlayWellTogether your consent to use Pictures in which you can be identified for marketing and/or advertising purposes.

You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to the material you have submitted in your post with #WePlayWellTogether and that you have permission from any person(s) appearing in the photos. Moreover, you certify that you are an individual (i.e., not a corporation), you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent, and that WePlayWellTogether’s use of your pictures will not violate any rights of a third party or any law.

You hereby release WePlayWellTogether from all obligations to pay you for the use of your pictures and freeing and agreeing to keep WePlayWellTogether and all persons acting for WePlayWellTogether from all claims (including third-party claims), liabilities, irrespective of nature, in connection with the use of the pictures as described above.

State of California law governs these terms and conditions, where competent courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising out of them.

You may at any point of time remove the #WePlayWellTogether hashtag from you post. If you want to withdraw consent to share your Pictures with WePlayWellTogether, you have to contact us and inform WePlayWellTogether via email to office@weplaywelltogether.com.

SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
