You have the right to know what personal information we process and why. That’s why we inform you in advance about our processing activities via this Privacy Policy. If you have any questions, or would you like to learn more about what information we process from you, please contact us (contact details above) and we will provide you with further information.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.


When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

We do not sell your data for marketing purposes to any parties outside of WePlayWellTogether. We only give your data to our trusted 3rd parties when this is necessary to fulfill our commitments.

How do you get my consent?
When you visit our website www.weplaywelltogether.com for the first time, a pop up window will show up, where we ask you to accept our Privacy Policy with a link to this document. Any time we update the policy the pop-up window will show up when you return to our website and we will request you to accept the updated Privacy Policy.

How do I withdraw my consent?

If you have opt-in to our newsletter you can by clicking the “unsubscribe” link on the email you received from us.

If you believe we store wrong information about you, such as your name or address, you can ask us to correct this.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.,150 Elgin Street 8th Floor Ottawa, ON K2P 1L4, Canada. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We do not automatically add you into these channels rather you voluntarily opt-in by selecting each channel separately. WePlayWellTogether likes to see our products and people who use them in real life on social media. Such channels are WePlayWellTogether Instagram (@weplaywelltogether) Facebook (@weplaywelltogether), and WePlayWellTogether YouTube (@weplaywelltogether).

By adding a #weplaywelltogether on a picture or video on Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube hereinafter referred to as “Picture(s)”, you agree to the following:
You provide WePlayWellTogether a US based company with California Reseller license nr SR JH 97-658803 (hereinafter “WePlayWellTogether”) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, in any manner to be determined by WePlayWellTogether’s sole discretion and without any obligations to you, your Pictures in their marketing and/or advertising, including the right to reproduce, distribute, alter and edit your Pictures. Furthermore, you give WePlayWellTogether your consent to use Pictures in which you can be identified for marketing and/or advertising purposes.

You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to the material you have submitted in your post with #WePlayWellTogether and that you have permission from any person(s) appearing in the photos. Moreover, you certify that you are an individual (i.e., not a corporation), you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent, and that WePlayWellTogether’s use of your pictures will not violate any rights of a third party or any law.

You hereby release WePlayWellTogether from all obligations to pay you for the use of your pictures and freeing and agreeing to keep WePlayWellTogether and all persons acting for WePlayWellTogether from all claims (including third-party claims), liabilities, irrespective of nature, in connection with the use of the pictures as described above.

State of California law governs these terms and conditions, where competent courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising out of them.

You may at any point of time remove the #WePlayWellTogether hashtag from you post. If you want to withdraw consent to share your Pictures with WePlayWellTogether, you have to contact us and inform WePlayWellTogether via email to office@weplaywelltogether.com.

SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.


However, each third-party service provider, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, has their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.

storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
