Each session includes guided vocal practices done with mics and cameras off so you can explore your voice freely, without judgment or pressure. Afterwards, you’ll have the option to come on and share your experiences with the group. This creates a warm, encouraging environment where you can experiment and grow in the comfiest way possible — with Joule and your fellow participants holding space and cheering you on.
What You’ll Experience
Learn healthy vocal techniques for self-regulation, self-healing, and self-empowerment.
Be supported by the deep drones of the monochord.
If you own a monochord: Discover how to sound in duet with your instrument.
If you don’t: You’ll still be fully included, with Joule guiding you on her 11 feeltone monochords and providing recordings for you to use at home.
Develop a daily sounding practice with group accountability that deepens your commitment and amplifies your results.

Expand your inner listening and “inner ear”
Enhance your speaking and singing voice
Help you feel vibrationally balanced, powerful, and free in your self-expression
Offer optional partner sessions with fellow participants outside of class for additional support and practice
Important Notes
Not a singing course: No vocal expertise is required. Beginners gain confidence and discover their voices, while trained vocalists find new freedom to express outside the box.
Not a monochord instruction course: To learn basic monochord techniques, we recommend Joule's other training: Intro to Monochord Virtual Retreat before, after, or alongside this training.
